Art Durand and I hold weekend workshops that are designed to empower men and to support them in reclaiming the masculine that is already inside them. This isn’t a masculine that’s overpowering or a masculine that is overly feminized, it is a masculine that stands for a purpose and has the presence to carry that purpose with strength in to the world. We use specific breathing practices, presencing exercises, claiming of purpose, appreciation, and sharing of vision to achieve our passion. Men of vision are being called to this workshop for their own inner growth and their leader to emerge to support themselves and everyone in their lives. Team Building

Sailing - Teams or individuals can sail with me on a 46 foot sailboat on the Monterey Bay. While sailing we work together as a team and practice leadership skills. We’ll also discuss life purpose, presence and goals.

Each person will have a chance to take the helm, give direction and navigate the teams course.
