Consisting of men exclusively, these forums allow for current issues to be discussed by individual participants, and for feedback and support to come from a trusted and safe collective.

With few safe group environments for men to truthfully express emotions, discuss their lives, and receive loving support outside their families, and whereas women more frequently share emotional realities and personal experiences casually with friends, many men benefit from the type of environment I create in these Men’s Days.

Here’s a forum free of criticism, fixing, pressure and posturing, typical of our cultural social behavior. Rather than enabling a participant's emotional distance, we encourage open, authentic expression, allowing the unconscious to become conscious and fully expressed. I facilitate participants in designing action steps to create sustainable changes in their lives.
