In contrast to Saturday Men's Days, the Men's Masterhsip Circles consist of members committed to an ongoing group environment, with schedule, location, and meeting durations agreed upon by the group.

This environment is a more in-depth forum, with members committed to contributing to the development of all other members as well as their own. This is for a client who prefers to have a blend of both one-on-one coaching and group support, though one-on-one coaching is not required to become a Mastership Circle participant.
